Heritage projects we take on.

Heritage Spotters works across civil, resources, renewables and infrastructure programs. Below are the project types we take on. Case studies will be added as projects are completed.

Project types

Every engagement is scoped from the site, the program window and the heritage conditions and agreements that apply.

  • Civil construction: road, rail, bridge and drainage programs
  • Renewables: wind and solar farms, transmission easements and battery compounds
  • Mining and resources: haul roads, pit expansions, exploration access and rehabilitation
  • Pipelines and linear infrastructure crossing multiple properties
  • Urban development where historical archaeology may be found
  • Heritage-listed homesteads, halls, bridges and industrial buildings being repaired, reused or altered
  • Ports, jetties, dredging and foreshore works near shipwrecks and maritime places
  • Projects near World, National or local heritage places listed for natural values

How we scope a project

Send us the site boundary (KML, shapefile or annotated map), any approval conditions, heritage agreement or plan, and the program dates. We turn that into an itemised quote and, where it is needed, a draft plan or finds procedure.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take on single-day work?

Yes. Single inspections, short monitoring programs and one-off finds responses are delivered with the same people, insurance and reporting as longer work.
