Heritage monitoring
Monitors beside the plant during clearing, stripping and excavation.

We help projects in Northern Territory look after every kind of heritage, Aboriginal, historic, built, natural and maritime, and keep work moving with surveys, monitoring, assessments and records that meet the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act 1989 and the Heritage Act 2011 and the Heritage Act 2011.

Aboriginal cultural heritage is protected under the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act 1989 and the Heritage Act 2011. Entering or working on a sacred site without authority is an offence, and an Authority Certificate from the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority protects works that follow its conditions. Archaeological places and objects are protected under the Heritage Act. Historical heritage is managed under the Heritage Act 2011.
World, National and Commonwealth Heritage places, including those listed for natural values, are protected under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and shipwrecks and other underwater heritage under the Underwater Cultural Heritage Act 2018. Local heritage is managed through council planning schemes. Project approvals and agreements may add further conditions, and we check them for each job.
Send the site, dates and scope. We confirm availability, travel and inductions before agreeing a start date.
